Meet Lara

Welcome! I'm a proud wife and mother of three young men who are on the brink of independence. After spending 25 years as a corporate executive, I realized that my poor sleep and stress management as well as my approach to nutrition—under-eating during the week, overindulging on weekends—wasn't sustainable. Prioritizing strength training and learning to properly fuel my body transformed my life and helped me break free from the confines of diet culture.

I am a certified macro coach, certified personal trainer, and pursuing my functional health coaching certification. I'm passionate about empowering women to embrace a balanced lifestyle, free from the fear of food, so we can all thrive together.
