One Hour Consultation

$75 for 1 hour. For the person who doesn't need accountability or a strength program, but needs guidance, food audit, and macro review. Questionnaire will be sent prior to discussion so we can make the best use of our time together.

Local to Scottsdale, AZ Options

Pricing TBD. Custom program available for the person who prefers face to face kickoff to journey. This could involve intro to strength training in my home gym, how to track macros/use a food scale, food prepping, etc. I can custom build an experience based upon your needs.
